Returns

Any merchandise deemed unsatisfactory may be returned for credit.  We request that you contact us to receive  approval prior to returning merchandise in order to expedite credit.  Notification of intent to return  must be given within 10 days of invoice date.  After 10 days, we require a 20% restocking fee.  Return  of merchandise that is shopworn, priced, dirty, or wrapped in newspaper will not be accepted.

Books and pattern packets are excluded from any return policy and in short are not returnable .

Damaged Merchandise

To protect yourself, count and inspect all cartons prior to signing for them and make notations on the Bill Of Lading of  any damaged boxes.  If there is damage, save all cartons, packing, etc. to show claims investigators and call Cabin Crafters for further instructions.

Refused Shipments

The customer will be charged for all freight both ways for refused shipments.

Back Orders

All out-of-stock merchandise when your order is shipped will be Back Ordered unless you specify otherwise.

Shortages

All shortages must be reported within 10 days.

Liability

Cabin Crafters cannot be held responsible for injuries or illnesses sustained by the use any product which we  distribute.  Nor can we be held responsible for the value of the work alledged to be spoiled by the use of a product which proves unsatisfactory.  It is the user's responsibility to make sure that the products  are suitable for their particular requirements.  Our liability being limited to the replacement of merchandise proven defective with respect to materials or workmanship.
